Who can I teach when I start my Level 1 Apprentice teaching?

You should teach individuals who do not require advanced modifications or tailored attention to follow Pre-Choreographed Workout 1 as presented in your training materials. It is in your best interest to teach people you know for your Apprentice hours and wait to take on more formal teaching opportunities until you have received feedback on your Level 1 evaluation. Invite family members, friends, colleagues, or existing clients to participate. As you progress through the certification program, you will gain the tools and expertise needed to work with a wider range of clientele.
