How do I find students for apprentice classes and where do I teach them?

We provide you with all the details necessary for this step in your Level 1 certification package. You are free to hold your classes anywhere you like – from a private home to a public fitness space. Your participant(s) do not need to be the same for each class, nor do they need to be different. They can be family members, friends, colleagues or existing fitness clients. As long as you have one participant for your one-hour class, it counts towards your Apprentice requirements.
