What is the shipping policy in USA?

Orders shipped to the United States are charged in USD and will be delivered within 7-10 business days unless otherwise specified.

Your order will ship from within the United States so that you will not be subject to customs or duty fees. Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx (depending on the quickest and cheapest rate for your order & address).*

You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse or head office.

Shipping for DVD and Book Orders (Does Not Include Equipment and Teacher Training Materials)

• Free shipping on orders of $70 or more (excluding Equipment and/or Teacher Training Materials).

• Orders under $70 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $7.

   

Shipping for Equipment and Teacher Training Material Orders

• All orders containing Equipment and/or Teacher Training Material will be subject to a flat shipping fee of $12 regardless of the total order value.*

*Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or APO addresses will ship from within the United States and be charged the actual price of postage calculated at checkout.
