How and when will I be refunded?
How will your payment be refunded and how long does it take.
Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, Essentrics will refund the original order amount minus a minimum $7–10 shipping and handling fee.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If payment was made using a PayPal balance or linked bank account, the funds will be credited back to that account.
Return processing typically takes 10–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
If you used a traceable shipping service and can confirm your return has arrived at our warehouse, please contact us. Otherwise, we will email you once your return has been processed and refunded.
