What happens if my shipping address is incorrect or my package is unclaimed.
A valid shipping address must be provided at the time of purchase. If you made a mistake in your shipping address, please notify us immediately by chat, ticket, phone at 1-877-828-7930 or by email at [email protected].
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address and/or a package is unclaimed, additional shipping fees will apply. All customers whose package must be re-delivered will be charged additional shipping fees.
