Due to a system limitation with our platform, accounts that were originally activated via a gift subscription cannot apply promotional codes later on, even after transitioning to a paid membership.
If you are a former gift recipient and would like to apply a promo code to your current subscription, please reach out to us directly before your next billing cycle. We will be happy to help you get the discount applied.
Unfortunately, gift recipients are not eligible for a 14-day free trial at this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Note that promo codes may be applied when purchasing a gift subscription for someone else. Simply enter the promo code during checkout.
