- Download workouts within the app for offline viewing (available only on iOS and Android).
- Create a list of your favourite workouts for quick access (available only on iOS and Android).
- Share your daily workout with a friend by emailing or texting them a link to the exact workout from the app. Note: You must be a member of Essentrics TV to watch the workout.
