What is the shipping policy in Canada?

Orders shipped to Canada are charged in Canadian dollars. All orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

Your order will ship from within Canada via Canada Post so that you will not be subject to customs or duty fees.

You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse or head office.

Shipping for DVD and Book Orders (Does Not Include Equipment and Teacher Training Materials)

• Free shipping on orders of $80 or more (excluding Equipment and/or Teacher Training Materials).

• Orders under $80 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $8.

   

Shipping for Equipment and Teacher Training Material Orders

• All orders containing Equipment and/or Teacher Training Material will be subject to a flat shipping fee of $12 regardless of the total order value
